We collect only what is necessary to operate your account: identity verification details, contact information, transaction records for UPI, Paytm and PhonePe deposits, and session logs for security purposes.

The complete, current terms of use are published in the Help Centre under the Legal Documents section. Every previous version is also archived there with the date it was in effect, so you can check what applied at any point.

We send a notification to your registered email address at least seven days before any change takes effect. The Help Centre also displays a banner on the Legal Documents page for the same period so you cannot miss it.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. We recommend checking the current rules in your state before opening an account, as online gaming regulations can vary by jurisdiction within India.

Submit a data-access request through the Help Centre form or by emailing our legal inbox from your registered email address. After identity verification, we will send a machine-readable file within 30 days.

Transaction records for UPI, Paytm and PhonePe deposits and withdrawals are retained for the period required under Indian financial regulations, then deleted or anonymised. We cannot delete them earlier while that obligation exists.

Use the complaint form in the Help Centre to log a formal dispute. Our legal team reviews every submission and responds with a decision within 14 working days. If you are unsatisfied, the response letter explains further escalation steps.
